We advise our customers on dealing with problems in manufacturing processes. In doing so, we analyse existing processes, identify weak points and develop tailor-made solutions to optimise production or individual components and system parts. We also offer well-founded damage analyses of pumps and fluid engineering equipment, so that the causes of failures or malfunctions can be determined and future problems avoided.

Using our in-house test bench, we can carry out Kv value and flow measurements and calculate and optimise flows by means of the finite element method (FEM). Should a pump be defective, we can carry out the repair in-house. Using state-of-the-art vibration diagnostics, we can additionally measure your machine or system, identify faults and problems in your installation and thus contribute to your operational reliability.
