Rotary Vane Pumps

Rotary vane pumps are positive displacement pumps and create high pressure at relatively low flows. Our series MDPG rotary vane pump is magnetically coupled and sealless. Therefore, these pumps are perfectly suited for handling hazardous fluids such as acidic, caustic, toxic, noxious and carcinogenic liquids. We use an innovative magnetic coupling system which reduces the risk of leakage and decreases the cost of maintenance.

Series MDPG is available in plastics such as PP (polypropylene) and Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and in metals which includeAISI 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy and Titanium.

The metal version is a dry, self-priming pump which is capable of handling non-lubricating thin fluids such as hydrocarbons, solvents, refrigerants, and cryogenics at pressures of up to 13bar total head and 25bar system pressure. The temperature range is -70 °C to 250°C. The pump is available for ATEX zone 1 and 2.
