Together with Franz Kaminski Waggonbau GmbH, VENTAIX has developed the Vane Cell Damper FD-30 so that bottom discharge valves on rail tank cars can be closed safely and in a controlled manner.

VENTAIX has developed a new type of sealing insert for bolt caps that reduces the risk of dripping leaks on rail tank cars to a minimum. Dripping leaks are points of leakage that can occur on the bolt caps of the filling and discharge lines of liquid tanks. They lead to cost-intensive delays in transport. The sealing insert is an economical retrofit for existing bolt caps and contributes to greater safety in the transport of hazardous goods.

As cost pressure keeps rising, economical filtration technologies with low operating costs are attracting growing interest. At the same time, there is an increasing need for the safe and environmentally responsible handling of hazardous substances, for example those used in the surface finishing industry. With the aim of achieving fully automated filtration in a closed circuit, in which operating personnel no longer come into contact with hazardous substances when cleaning a filter, VENTAIX has developed the self-cleaning ARF filter system for aggressive and corrosive media.
