Precise pressure loss and kV value measurement on our in-house test bench

On our in-house test bench, we can determine pressure losses and Kv values of valves up to a nominal diameter of DN150 in accordance with EN 60534-2-3. Standard-compliant measurement enables precise evaluation of the flow capacity and flow resistance of valves and fittings.

The Kv value indicates the volume flow of water in m³/h that flows through the component at a pressure loss of 1 bar. Accurate pressure loss measurements at different volume flows provide the basis for optimizing and selecting fittings in industrial plants.

The measurement results from the test bench enable you to significantly increase the efficiency of the fittings used. This reduces operating costs and sustainably improves the energy efficiency of your systems.
