How a Repair Works at VENTAIX
After delivery, your pump is first dismantled and cleaned so that the relevant components can be inspected. During the subsequent assessment, we determine the significant wear and its cause. On this basis we prepare a cost estimate. Once you have given your approval, the overhaul is carried out with the replacement of wear and spare parts. Before final assembly, the function of all relevant assemblies is checked, after which the pump is reassembled and subjected to a functional test.
Long-Life Bearings for a Considerably Longer Service Life
On request, we fit the drive motors of our pumps with long-life bearings. This extends the service life of the bearings by a factor of 4 to 7 compared with standard bearings – considerably reducing both the probability of failure and the maintenance effort over the operating life of the pump.
How to Send Us Your Pump
If a pump has to be sent to us, please flush it several times with clean tap water to remove any remaining contamination from your medium. Then send us the pump well packaged, together with the completed declaration of decontamination.
